Quintana, Philippine Permanent Representative to ASEAN, delivers PH’s intervention at a track 1.5 Dialogue celebrating 47 years of the entry-into-force of the TAC and 20 years since the accession thereto by China and India. The Dialogue, held on 6 July 2023 in Jakarta, was attended by representatives of all ASEAN member states as well as think-tanks from China and India.
