The Permanent Mission of the Philippines to ASEAN proudly took part in the ASEAN Fest 2025, held from 23 to 25 May at Blok M, South Jakarta, as part of the celebrations leading up to the 498th anniversary of the City of Jakarta on 22 June 2025.

Through the assistance of 1Export, a curated selection of Filipino products was showcased at the Philippines' booth, which featured items such as Goldilocks Polvoron, Oishi, Nissin, and Granny Goose snacks, Don Frank flavored jellies, Tentay and Manang Rosa condiments and sauces, and a variety of woven handicrafts from the Philippines.

The festival’s opening ceremony on 24 May was attended by H.E. Nararya S. Soeprapto, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for Community and Corporate Affairs, and Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung, who both emphasized the importance of regional unity and cultural exchange within ASEAN.

The Philippines' participation highlighted the country’s rich culinary heritage and craftsmanship, contributing to the festival’s spirit of ASEAN solidarity and community engagement. END.
