16 July 2021, Jakarta. – Ambassador Noel Servigon, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN, conducted the third installment of the Philippine Mission’s webinar series on the ASEAN Charter for Timor Leste Diplomats.

Following the first and second webinars, there was a vibrant discussion on the Principles and Purposes of ASEAN. In attendance were Timor Leste Diplomats as well as officials from the Philippine embassies in Jakarta and Dili.

The Philippine Mission developed this six-part webinar series which aims to acquaint participants on the ASEAN Charter and its inter-related provisions and foster a deeper appreciation of ASEAN, the organization, as envisioned by the framers of the Charter. END
