9 October 2022, Jakarta – The Permanent Mission of the Philippines to ASEAN and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) in Jakarta participated in the 2022 ASEAN-India Bazaar, also known as the Diwali Shopping Fiesta, at Hotel Westin Jakarta on 9 October 2022.

The Philippines’ booth featured products from San Miguel Corporation, Universal Robina Corporation, Aldio Food and Beverage, Aretei Foods Corporation, Columbia International Food Products, Inc., Dielle’s Apiary and Meadery Inc., Magicmelt Foods, Inc., Ritz Food Product Corporation, RPO Fine Foods Corporation, Sol’s Italian Foods, W.L. Food Products, B&C Healthy Snack Foods, Inc., and toy products from Klaypel Enterprises, and Benjoy, Inc.

Local and international vendors sold home, fashion, food and lifestyle products  to Indian diaspora, other expat communities and Jakarta local residents.

The annual Bazaar is organized by the Indian Mission to ASEAN, Jakarta. This year’s event celebrated the ASEAN-India Friendship Year 2022, commemorating 30 years of the establishment of relations between ASEAN and India. (END)
