13 June 2022, Jakarta – Ambassador Noel Servigon, the Philippines’ Permanent Representative to ASEAN, attended the 4th ASEAN-Türkiye Joint Sectoral Cooperation Committee (AT-JSCC) Meeting at the ASEAN Secretariat.
The Meeting exchanged views on developments in ASEAN and in Turkiye, reviewed the current direction of the partnership, and explored ways to further enhance cooperation.
As Permanent Representative to ASEAN, Ambassador Servigon also serves as the Philippines’ representative to various mechanisms with ASEAN’s External Partners, advancing Philippine political positions as well as coordinating Philippine-led projects and initiatives.
This year marks the 5th year of ASEAN-Turkey Sectoral Dialogue partnership which was established during the Philippines’ Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2017. (END)
