31 August 2021, Jakarta. – The Philippine Mission to ASEAN conducted the Fifth installment of its webinar series on the ASEAN Charter for Timor Leste Diplomats. Ambassador Noel Servigon, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN, discussed the ASEAN Charter’s provisions on Decision Making and Dispute Settlement.

Ambassador Servigon guided participants through the related articles and principles on decision making as well as the kinds of disputes, and their corresponding resolution mechanisms, as envisioned in the Charter and related ASEAN agreements.

The concluding session of the Webinar Series will be on the Charter’s General and Final Provisions to be scheduled at a future date.
