08 June 2021, Jakarta. – Philippine Permanent Representative to ASEAN, Ambassador Noel Servigon, conducted the second webinar on the ASEAN Charter for Timor Leste diplomats.

Following the first webinar which covered the Membership and Organs of ASEAN, there was a vibrant discussion on the functions of the ASEAN Organs and Bodies as enumerated in the ASEAN Charter.

With this initiative, the Philippine Mission aims to acquaint Timor Leste diplomats not only on the textual articles but also on the application of the ASEAN Charter across its many bodies, organs and mechanisms. END
