26 May 2021, Jakarta. – In support of continued Philippine efforts aimed at capacity building, Philippine Permanent Representative to ASEAN, Ambassador Noel Servigon, conducted a webinar on the ASEAN Charter for Timor Leste Diplomats.

The ASEAN Charter was presented in a topical manner covering several articles for a wholistic appreciation of the ASEAN Organs and Bodies. The webinar was attended by Timorese Diplomats from all ASEAN Member State capitals as well as officials from Dili.

With this project the Philippine Mission hopes to promote an understanding of ASEAN, its bodies and structures as envisioned in the ASEAN Charter. END
