19 July 2017, Jakarta - The Human Rights Watch Group (HRWG) and Women’s Solidarity for Human Rights called on H.E. Elizabeth P. Buensuceso, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN, to present their recommendations on the ASEAN Instrument on the Protection and Promotion of the Rights of All Migrant Workers.

The courtesy call follows the Regional Consultation of Civil Society Organisations on the ASEAN Instrument held on 18 July 2017, which produced a set of 9 recommendations signed by 19 groups from a number of ASEAN Member States.
