Jakarta, 20 January 2016 – A delegation from the Department of Transportation (DOTr), led by Mr. Porvenir Porciuncula, Deputy Executive Director of the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) as well as representatives of major airlines including Philippine Airlines (PAL), Cebu Pacific and Air Asia, paid a courtesy call on the Philippine Permanent Representative to ASEAN, H.E. Elizabeth P. Buensuceso, at the Philippine Permanent Mission to ASEAN. The delegation participated in the 2nd Round of Negotiations for a Comprehensive ASEAN-EU Air Services Agreement. The meeting discussed opportunities to advance people mobility in the region as well as the expansion of air services between ASEAN and its Dialogue Partners.
