Jakarta, 20 January 2016 – The Director General of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Mrs. Do Pang Wai-yee, paid a courtesy call on the Philippine Permanent Representative to ASEAN, H.E. Elizabeth P. Buensuceso, at the Philippine Permanent Mission to ASEAN in Jakarta. The Meeting explored how ASEAN and Hong Kong may work together to progress regional priorities involving trade, people-to-people exchange, and infrastructure development, such as through the recently established Master Plan of ASEAN Connectivity (MPAC) 2025. The meeting also discussed the Philippines priorities under its Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2017.
