Amb. Norng Sakal, Cambodia’s new Permanent Representative to ASEAN, paid a call on Amb. Elizabeth P. Buensuceso, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN, at the Permanent Mission of the Philippines to ASEAN in Jakarta on 22 September 2015.

The two Ambassadors vowed to support each other's country in areas of mutual concern such as migrant workers’ issue, peace and reconciliation, and biodiversity.
