16 April 2014, Jakarta – Ambassador Elizabeth P. Buensuceso, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN, turned over the new Philippines’ inisignia to the ASEAN Secretariat on 16 April 2014. The new insignia, made of brass and reflecting the seal of the Republic of the Philippines, was officially received by H.E. Dr. AKP Mochtan, Deputy Secretary General (DSG) of ASEAN for Community and Corporate Affairs Department. Amb. Buensuceso noted that the new insignia shall serve as a symbol of the Philippines’ renewal of commitment to the ASEAN. Dr. Mochtan thanked the Philippine Mission to ASEAN in behalf of the ASEAN Secretariat. - END
