The EAMJ (East Asia Summit Ambassadors’ Meeting in Jakarta) held a Retreat in Jakarta on 26 June 2019. The Retreat discussed and exchanged views on issues related to the evolving regional security architecture, ASEAN-centered mechanisms and the implementation of the EAS Manila Plan of Action. The Philippine delegation was composed of Permanent Representative to ASEAN Noel Servigon, Deputy Permanent Representative to ASEAN Noel M. Novicio and Third Secretary John Paul Samonte.
