 JPM Roster 2022

The Permanent Mission of the Philippines to ASEAN was formally established on 20 March 2009. Ambassador Noel Servigon, Chief of Mission Class I, currently heads the Mission as Ambassador/Permanent Representative (PR) of the Philippines to ASEAN. The PR is assisted by a team of Foreign Service Officers and Staff who are committed to pursuing and advancing Philippine interests in ASEAN. Ambassador Servigon and the 9 other PRs of ASEAN Member States comprise the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR).

The Mission aligns its organization with the three (3) ASEAN Community Councils (ASEAN Political Security Community Council, ASEAN Economic Community Council, and ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community) by having separate units focused on the work of each ASEAN Community, as well as with ASEAN bodies and ASEAN’s External Partners.

The Mission also represents the Philippines in the ASEAN Connectivity Coordinating Committee (ACCC), the Board of Directors of the ASEAN Foundation, the Governing Council of the ASEAN Institute for Peace and Reconciliation (ASEAN-IPR) and the Task Force on the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI TF).
